Get to know me!
Hiiiii! My name is Emma and I’m a 23 year old health and fitness enthusiast with a HUGE passion to empower other females to embark on their own fitness journey to achieve their greatest lives.
I'm a Level 2 and Level 3 certified personal trainer & online fitness coach, and I absolutely love sharing my fitness journey through instagram (@emmafituk_)in the hope to inspire others to start living happier and healthier!

My Fitness Journey - then to now
​
In school I despised any sort of physical activity - I would forge notes from my mum for EVERY single PE lesson to the point where the teachers just accepted i wasn’t ever gonna participate. I also used to document the poor food choices I used to make all over my instagram *recurring theme of ben and jerrys, milky bar buttons and frijj chocolate milkshakes* (pls don’t scroll down to 2014 lol!) and refuse to eat anything green.
Fast forward to now; 3 and a half years into my fitness journey, and I get genuinely excited about going to the gym every single day - lifting weights has transformed my physical and mental self and has positively impacted my life in ways I can’t even describe! Moreover, nutrition is one of my biggest passions - I am fascinated by the science behind the foods we eat; and my diet is now comprised primarily of nutrient rich, wholesome healthy foods which I LOVE (obvs with the occasional pizza and ice-cream).

The bits in between
​
Like most fitness enthusiasts, the transformation that got me to where I am today was a bit of a roller coaster to say the least. I’ve done all the crazy fad diets, I’ve over exercised, done the ‘YoYo gimmicky fitness plans, I’ve gone through periods of under-eating and over exercising, extreme body dysmorphia, I've suffered with an eating disorder and experienced (and recovered from) the cycle of binge eating and restriction.

However, these more negative experiences have also been accompanied by an extensive amount of learning, education and personal growth and has led me to where I am today. I’ve tried a plethora of training programmes, protocols and methods to find what actually works, I’ve successfully reverse dieted and improved my metabolism, I overcame my disordered eating and binge eating disorder, I've worked with top fitness coaches to improve my physique, I’ve done a bikini ‘prep’, I studied for and completed my L2 and L3 personal training qualifications and now, I help girls all over the world change their body compositions, improve their relationship towards food and exercise and feel empowered to be who they are!
My Mission

While I absolutely love physical fitness + nutrition; there is nothing I love more than empowering others to live their best life possible. I’m on a mission to empower women through my own personal stories and triumphs over the hardships I’ve had with disordered eating and other body issues.
Incorporating exercise, healthy habits and nutritious food into my every day life has been the BEST thing I've ever done for myself and the magnitude of positivity it brings to all areas of my life is something I will be forever grateful for.
