I don't just want to help you achieve your dream body, I want to help you achieve the dream MINDSET which will enable you to benefit from long term success.

The fitness industry is saturated with online coaches, training programmes and e-books all promising to get you the 'perfect' body in as little as 10 weeks. My online coaching programme is not a 'fast track ticket', nor is it a quick fix for results.

 

Instead, my online coaching is focused on developing a healthy relationship with food, understanding the key principles of training and nutrition, implementing daily habits and sustainable lifestyle changes and learning to love yourself first!

What makes me different to other coaches?

I genuinely care about my clients emotional and physical progress and it is in my best intentions to find out exactly who you are so that I can provide you with the best possible service. The perfect programme is the one that you can stick to consistently and truly enjoy; and one that is designed to fit around you and your lifestyle. My job as your coach is to enhance your knowledge and understanding whilst engaging with you to learn exactly what makes you tick. This focus on your physical, emotional and psychological development enables me to create the perfect bespoke plan for your body and mindset! 

We work together, turning your goals into a personalised pathway with actionable plans to get you life long results. 

What I expect from you?

EFFORT

Online coaching requires a lot of self motivation, discipline and hard work. I like my clients to give it their all so that their time and money investment has the optimum return on investment. I provide you with the tools, strategy, education and plans but you will be the one who has to put the work in.

HONESTY

I want you to achieve your goals just as much as you do! I'm not here to judge you, I'm here to support you and hold you accountable. To do this effectively, I need you to be 100% honest with me.

PATIENCE

Results don't happen overnight - you need to be willing to dedicate time and commit to yourself for yourself. The clients who are willing to invest time into their transformation will benefit the most from this experience.

comprehensive analysis of your current diet, exercise regime, training history, daily schedule, medical history and underlying motivations to start online coaching. 

I evaluate this to create highly individualised programmes to ensure you reach your goals.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

A bespoke training programme tailored to your specific goals which fits around your schedule and lifestyle. This is changed when necessary to ensure your body continues to adapt and progress. 

 

Your programme can be accessed on any device which allows you to track your progress when you're in the gym.

DETAILED WEEKLY CHECK INS

Weekly check ins where we log your progress, weight, measurements and photos to keep you accountable and for me to make necessary amendments to your programmes to ensure you consistently make steps closer to your goals.

 

I ask for feedback on everything from your energy, mindset, sleep, cravings, strength and more so that I can take a holistic view of your progression.

NUTRITION

A tailored meal plan incorporating your favourite foods; created around your dietary requirements and to fit around your every day schedule. The meal plan comes with a comprehensive breakdown of the macronutrients in each meal; and you also have the option to follow the prescribed macros if you would like more flexibility and variety.

STRENGTH AND TRAINING TARGETS

Training with weights is a SKILL that needs to be developed and practiced. I get my clients to send me videos of their exercises so I can provide cues and tips on their form and technique. I also pay close attention to your training log to ensure you're progressively overloading. I will set you individualised strength and training goals to work towards in the gym to maximise your training and accelerate your progress.
